This question is in my mind all the time because it helps me to remember what I have to appreciate about it. Every time I get angry, I always try to remember that I don't want to spend time away from the people that I love or try to watch my mouth about what I say because once you say something bad to someone, is going to keep it forever and we can really hurt them. It's necessary before starting yelling to take a dip breath. That's what I learned with the pass of the time, but even if I know this, sometimes it's really hard for me keeping shut my mouth. I completely agree with the people have to express their feelings but is necessary to remember that is in our hands to change the end of some story. What I mean is that, if we get mad, we have the chance to control ourselves and handle the situation in the best way and depends of our reaction is how is going to end the situation that cause the anger.
Don't let the anger dominate you. You have the enough power to control it.
