Hi everyone! My name is Ana Belen, but I like to be called just BELEN! I am from Ecuador. I love my country and my culture (specially the food). I moved to NY 2 years ago with my hubby, but thank God my family live in New Jersey, so I often go to visit them. I like to hang out with my sister and my girlfriends, and I love PaRtY in New Jersey... If you don't believe me you should try. I love dance, specially Latino Music. I like to cook. I love SUSHI and eat ice cream. I like have fun with my family and friends, and I hope now at Nassau Community College can have the opportunity to meet more friends! =]

Today I went to school and I just got home. It's so cold outside so I decided to stay at home during the weekend... what it means I'm not going to Jersey =[, but next weekend I'll be there.
I'm so tired and so sleepy that I think to take a nap but I have to wake up to prepare dinner for my hubby... Did I mentioned that I love cooking?, well, I do it, and today I'm going to prepare my hubby's favorite dessert: Flan. Yummy!

    Yes, it's cold today! I'm home also, reading my students' postings on their bloag. I'll be bundling up and going out later. Brr......
